  I go by order a biscuit and a McMuffin at breakfast time, and I get a biscuit with onions on it, wth, and the other with day old cheese (looks it) ....so, not thrilled with their food, love the $1 sweet tea.... Most employees I've encountered were generally friendly....

  Purchased an Arch card for some well deserving students, one did not activate ( the manager swiped 2 cards for this one, she kept the first one saying it didn't work and gave me the second one), McDonald's has refused to replace the card or my money because I have the card but not the receipt, although they looked it up and could see I purchased the 2 cards and spent over $58 on that order. I could understand this if it was a large amount they were refusing ,but it was $15 for a kid. I do not have respect for them. I feel like they just stole my hard earned money.

  My fiancée and I visit this McDonald's very regularly. Over the last couple of months, their service times have dropped, order accuracy is barely above mediocre, and food has been warm at best most times. This McDonald's needs to step up their game!
